Is it possible to list the same product on multiple eBay websites?

Considering ebay has different websites for each country (ebay.co.uk for the UK, ebay.de for Germany and ebay.com for the USA), I was wondering if it is possible to list a product on multiple sites, and if so how.
This seemed quite puzzling to me especially because of the fact that the same products that are available on one site, are not available on the other one, despite me needing only one set of credentials to log in on all of them. I would appreciate it if someone could clarify this for me.
