Please could someone help me. I bought a pateo set which was quite frankly rubbish, so I contacted ebay with a request for return and refund. Ebay agreed and invited me to print off a return postage label, the problem is that ebay seems to think that every parcel in the world weighs 3 kilos or less, my parcel is 28 kilograms and was originally delivered by courier. Now I am in an ebay loop with ebay stating that that I must post by June 18 or return May be cancelled. Seller is ignoring my emails. If I pay the return carriage how do I add the new tracking number to the return information. Thanks in advance.
