i've purchased something that has not arrived and the seller became very rude. i requested a refund and left feedback accordingly and now external ebayers are messaging me accusing me of being investigated for leaving bad feedback:
is there anything that can be done about this?
How did you request a refund?
The proper way is to open a Not Received case, and if no refund escalate to ebay after 3 days, and they will deal with a refund. Leaving Feedback is not the way to get a refund, you leave feedback after a refund has been received to reflect how the seller dealt with the problem. Sellers have to go by the correct procedure just as buyers do.
The only way a seller can win is if they have tracking PROVING DELIVERY.
