Hi all I set up a direct debit for ebay fees in April, received an email confirmation that all was good, but ebay haven't collected the fees and have now locked my account. They won't accept any bank account, credit or debit card details, even though I've subsequent bank detail "confirmation" emails from them, and customer service have been less than useful, just sending me round through pages that don't work. I was on chat for over an hour when they just pulled the plug, without any warning. I've the transcript. Who do I need to get in touch with, who can actually access my payment preferences and reset them? Thanks Steve
