i have lost my tracking number post office gave me to a firm in greater manchester . they say they have not recieved the items i have returned to them which they have to sign for without the return form. Is there another way to try and get my refund back because the post office suggested i post it that way as it was cheaper, i sent the parcel back nearly two weeks age and £67 is a lot of money to me , can anyone suggest anything .
