Because you are using eBay Managed Payments, Paypal no longer receive the payment to your account instead it is sent to eBay who deduct their fees and send the remainder tou the bank account you gave when you signed up.
Paypal can still be used by buyers but as said it does not go to sellers Paypal anymore.
