I have an account which I have been using for years. When I try to log in with either userId or email address, I get 'Sorry, that doesn't match.' This is before I get a chance to enter password. After 3 hours of trying to contact someone at eBay to resolve the issue, I finally managed to get to talk to a real person who seemed to be helpful, but only after setting up a new eBay account and connecting with the chat service through that. The lady was helpful, but then said she would phone me back to reset the account and has not done so. It does seem as if the account has been suspended for some reason, and this may or may not be down to my mobile phone (primary telepone number) being unavailable for a few days. Anybody got any suggestions to get some real action out eBay?
