I paid £31.49 for a chair via paypal on 02/03. When I learned from my tenant that it never arrived I contacted the seller. I communicated with them again on 09 May when the seller claimed the refund had been sent and again on the 10 May when they claimed it would be looked into. I heard nothing more nor did the refund materialise.
I have being going around in ever decreasing circles in my attempts to use ebay's system.
Is there any way I can get this sorted and be refunded, please?
