im trying to send payment though family and friends but for some reason the option isnt showing anymore
if the money you are sending has anything to do with a commercial transaction you could lose your PayPal account.
why are you trying to do that?
paying with friends and family is never a good idea
It it is paypal then you need to go to paypal.
Ebay and paypal are seperate
You have to sign into paypal and send it from there to the members email address
Why are you doing that?. Are you refunding
