A buyer (john_249542) joins ebay on July 10th this year, buys a blu-ray from me on July 12th & pays. I post the item standard 2nd class. Today, I get a 'Payment Dispute' saying he hasn't received it. Naturally, I go & check his feedback to see if he's done this to anyone else, & hey, he's no longer a registered user. This is clearly a scam, but under ebay's wonderful new 'improvements', I get 2 options: Upload a tracking number or give him a refund. There's no way of putting my case forward to ebay, & as he's no longer registered, there's no way of contacting the buyer to ask what's going on. Is there else anything I can do?
