Return confusion

Trying to get help as item received order number 3130735537316 is not what l wanted and picture of item misleading thought l was getting garden chair and it's just a holder. Don't want the item but seller wants me to pay for return and it will probably cost more than item. Can send a pic of item. Just want a refund

Looking at the pictures, with hindsight it's clear that what the seller is selling is just a plastic tray to fit any folding garden chair.

However, it's a very confusing advert. It is listed in the garden chairs category and the title spams every possible type of garden chair before coming to the words "tray holder" at the very end. There is no attempt to provide any written item description which would have removed any confusion, only the photos showing both a chair and the tray.

The title should have read "Tray holder to fit folding garden chair" and the description should have made this clear.

In my opinion it's worth opening a money back guarantee case on the grounds that the item didn't match the description, for the reasons given above. You have nothing to lose, as it's hardly worth the cost of returning this at your own expense. If the case is successful, the seller would be required to send you a prepaid return label to their UK address in Liverpool if they want it back. you got what was ordered

as the seller is registered as a business you have the right to return for a refund but you have to pay the return costs yourself
