I'm fairly new to ebay and how it works. I have had a buyer who made an offer and agreed to send payment after Invoice, not make payment, and after a few days sent a message asking me to cancel. What do I do and how do I do that? It's unfortunately as I had two offers and took the first who hasn't paid! Does this happen often?

THE ORIGINAL BLADES ARE TO SHORT AND THEREFORE DO NOT CUT EVEN CLOSE TO THE TRIMMER EDGE. HAVE TRIED TO ORDER REPLACEMENTS ON EBAY BUT CAN NOT DISCOVER WHAT LENGTH THEY ARE. NEED TOO BE LONGER THAN THE ORIGINAL.REGARDS NEIL

How do I speak to a person about a missing item

Searching through the questions, it would seem that leaving bulk feedback is (or was) possible. However, finding exactly how to do it is is nigh-on impossible. Anyone have any answers?

Ebay will not let me finally leave. Why ? because I WILL NOT sign up to new agreement.I am being forced to stay a member- I have 100 percent positive feedbacks been here years and finally had a gut full . So I am Being Held a slave in Limbo because I simply want to finnish with all the **bleep** here. I bet there are a lot like me being FORCED into staying with **bleep**ebay.

Whereas on international items from US, AU or other, there is advance warning and up-front collection of import duties, on this item purchased from Austria, there was none in the listing, but now the Item is being witheld pending 20% import VAT and a £12 'clearance fee'. This for a second hand item, originally made in UK, that has already had VAT paid on it originally. So a 20% VAT tax collected every time any item is re-sold. Is this correct? Are ebay not able to display this up front as per other international orders from US etc?

And just when I thought the new 'interface' couldn't get any worse for private, non-generic sellers, I've just spent ages describing an antique item in detail...and half of it's disappeared on preview. Revised item twice and still it's incomplete. Stuff it. Is it too early for gin...?

"We ran into a problem saving your feedback. Please close the page and try again" message received when I try to leave feedback for multiple orders by one buyer. I now have many items without feedback. I have cleared history and cache (which didn't make any difference). Can I ask for advice, please?

Afternoon, A couple of days ago, I noticed £29 had been taken from my PayPal account by ebay. Confused, I messaged PayPal and received the following: "On reviewing your account, we found at the time the payment was deducted, you had an active subscription with eBay UK Limited that was created on March 9, 2013." This was the first payment of this type which begs the question, why on Earth would eBay wait for 8 years to take a payment?! Has anyone had a similar issue? I'll attempt to get hold of an ebay representative again today to settle this.

Can anyone tell me how to get ebay to step in and help with a buyer that supplys only half of an order then offers a discount to me to keep the half that was sent. The ebay seller is still selling the goods but refusing to fulfill the order.

26 days ago I shipped a BRAND NEW designer handbag to a buyer. They have just now messaged me saying they see "signs of use" and want to return the bag. I asked them to send me photos of any damage, to which they replied there wasn't any but the bag just "appears used". It's not. What is my best next move? Just accept the return? What if the buyer has used the bag, so what was a brand new bag IS now used? I've lost money there! Any advice appreciated.

Hi all, I have been trying to register as a sole trader on Ebay for over a Month now but been told that there is a technical glitch on their system. Basically it keeps asking me for my Business registration number, which being a sole trader, I do not have. I have confirmed this with HMRC ( UK ) and Ebay have finally agreed that i do not have to have one. A month seems a long time to fix some software!? In the mean time my account has been suspended and I am losing cunstom. Any advice please.
