Question please -  If a  payment from a buyer is put on hold whilst a return and refund is sorted out - and therefore the money never reached my bank account, then I clicked and agreed the refund  and had an message from ebay that its gone through to my buyer  £104 minus some fee's  I then find that my bank account today  has  £91 taken as refund from ebay SARL  , so at the moment it looks at though I am £901 done in my personal account - yet I never received the £104 in my bank accountin the first place as the money was placed on hold  so my question is - will the £104 get released to my bank account ( which then makes sense and will ioffeset what I have had taken by ebay eg the £91) - and if so when / how long does it take  for that process to go through and for it to get added to my bank account ?  Or has something gone  wrong?   Sorry so mnay questions - this is new to me and I am very worried about being £91 light in my bankl account - having never received the £104 in the first place as was on hold from ebay - please can someone help me , thank you  ... Since Ebay and Paypal parted. Messages from Ebay to Update details. Pressed on link but won't allow me to fill in blanks. Tried this loads of times over the past 2 months. I have also had phone conversations on 3 occasions with customer sevices for advice. With out success. The customer service people I spoke to are in Colombia.
