funds on hold query / with regard to refund - can anyone help please

Question please -  If a  payment from a buyer is put on hold whilst a return and refund is sorted out - and therefore the money never reached my bank account, then I clicked and agreed the refund  and had an message from ebay that its gone through to my buyer  £104 minus some fee's 

I then find that my bank account today  has  £91 taken as refund from ebay SARL  , so at the moment it looks at though I am £901 done in my personal account - yet I never received the £104 in my bank accountin the first place as the money was placed on hold 

so my question is - will the £104 get released to my bank account ( which then makes sense and will ioffeset what I have had taken by ebay eg the £91) - and if so when / how long does it take  for that process to go through and for it to get added to my bank account ? 

Or has something gone  wrong?

Sorry so mnay questions - this is new to me and I am very worried about being £91 light in my bankl account - having never received the £104 in the first place as was on hold from ebay - please can someone help me , thank you
