Buyer claiming new item has “signs of use”

26 days ago I shipped a BRAND NEW designer handbag to a buyer. They have just now messaged me saying they see "signs of use" and want to return the bag. I asked them to send me photos of any damage, to which they replied there wasn't any but the bag just "appears used". It's not. What is my best next move? Just accept the return? What if the buyer has used the bag, so what was a brand new bag IS now used? I've lost money there! Any advice appreciated.

There is no point in photos.  The buyer simply opens a "not as described case" and you send a label for return through the case.  On return you refund.  Do not contact the buyer or ebay.  Do not argue.  

It's sad but in any event condition is subjective and it's what the buyer thinks that matters
