How do I speak to a person about a missing item

You shouldn't need to speak to a person most things on eBay are automated.

If you haven't received your item or your parcel is missing some items you open a case in Resolution Centre 

For items missing from package you open a Not As Described case

For items not received at all not even an empty package you open a Not Received case.

Hi thank you for the response but I've reported it and eBay has now comeback and asked me to get in touch with seller, even though I have, I've told them this and it was back in March....all I want is my money back and the automated service is really not the solution. A voice at the end of a phone to explain would be good!!! But thank you again for your time and answer!
