Hi - I sold an item in an auction as 'collection in person' only and the person who won would only buy it if I posted it, which I definitely didn't want to do.  So, I've cancelled the sale as 'buyer request'.  I wanted to give a 2nd chance offer to the next highest bidder, but despite following the instructions, I cannot seem to find a way to do this.   I cancelled, and it gave me the option to re-list it which I ticked - is this where I went wrong?? I've now ended the auction again but still can't find the option. I suspect I shouldn't have re-listed - but anyone have any ideas if I can still 2nd offer from here or do I just need to re-list and start again😥 ... View more

Hi there everyone,   yesterday I was still the winning bidder on an item then today I wanted to increase my bid last minute but I was prohibited to do so for some reason.   I thought ebay was supposed to be fair market place.   Why was i able to bid on it the last two days and not today ? Hi - a return has been actioned and the seller has paid me the item cost and postage.    He agrees he needs to pay the return postage as well but doesn't seem to be able to do it.  He's asked to pay me directly outside of eBay, which I've refused.  In reading the steps to take, it says go to the item, look at the drop box 'more actions' and print label but there's not option to do this?  Can anyone help me/him please?
