The seller lied she did not receive the item for a refund

I bought a siver bracelet from German seller but had to send it for a refund . The seller said she did not receive it . Now, 6 months later she put the bracelet for sale

If you had followed eBay's correct procedure, the seller would not have been able to claim that it wasn't delivered. When returning items, you need to use a tracked service that provides proof of delivery. In the case of items being returned, eBay even accepts proof of attempted delivery.

There is nothing you can do through eBay after six months.
