Hi all,
I've just been issued a refund today from eBay due to a seller refusing to pay for return postage on a proven faulty item. The refund is due to be refunded to an expired card as the card I paid with was changed by the bank as the contact less had stopped working. I had updated my payment details to eBay when I received the new card but that was after I had raised the escalation to eBay.
Basically, what happens to the refund as the card no longer exists, will I still receive it?
Your Bank will be able to track/trace the refund to the expired card and credit funds to your new existing card.
