I've had an issue with a seller they failed to notify me of custom charges making my item unaffordable now I'm being chased by fedex for £65.10, they are supposed to inform me of these charges, I've reported the issue with eBay and it's been a month and still nothing. I can't afford this extra charge and it needs paying. Is it normal for eBay to just ignore me? Why have a customer care number that just tells you to use the help section on eBay but when I do no joy.
