Hello, Can anyone help? I have bought via Paypal and collected an item from the seller. They say there should be a 6 digit collection code number that I should have, all I have is an order number showing of about 9 digits long on the item bought and in Paypal which the seller maintains is too long.   Can anyone help me please is there such a 6 digit number  and if so where do I find it?   Thank you.   Paul  ... I've had an issue with a seller they failed to notify me of custom charges making my item unaffordable now I'm being chased by fedex for £65.10, they are supposed to inform me of these charges, I've reported the issue with eBay and it's been a month and still nothing.
