Distance selling rules right to have postage refunded

Under UK law you can claim back any postage you have to to return goods - I am fed up of being out of pocket when the goods you receive are not fit for purpose - does anyone know how to get this money back?

eBay provide the perfect way by letting you open a not as described case, whereby the seller has to provide a return pre-paid label.

If you are returning an item to UK business because you changed your mind, then you have to pay return tracked postage.
