How do I update a case bought a iron it doesn't work I went to use the returns label the seller sent me wrong one they only paid for 2kg but the iron weighted 6.5 kg I've paid Hermes to send it back so how do I put this on the case it won't let me do nothing as the seller sent a postage label I've emailed them but can't record it on my eBay anyone a contact number for eBay uk even going round in circles here

There is no contact number, you use the help and contact button and they wither call you back, or there is live chat, you probably need call back so that they will put the Hermes tracking in the case.  You won't get that payment back by the way, what you should have done is told ebay the label was wrong and they would have dealt with it.
