6 digit collection collection code ????

Hello,

Can anyone help?

I have bought via Paypal and collected an item from the seller. They say there should be a 6 digit collection code number that I should have, all I have is an order number showing of about 9 digits long on the item bought and in Paypal which the seller maintains is too long.

Can anyone help me please is there such a 6 digit number  and if so where do I find it?

The collection code is only used if you and the seller are using the app.

You give the seller the code when you pay for and collect the item.

The seller enters the code into the app to prove that you have collected the item.

If you are not using the app the seller can mark the item as Paid and Collected on the item in their Sold list.
