Almost a month ago I ordered 8 Aluminium Archery arrows. They didnt arrive, and I was told they were damaged in transit and returned to sender. Sender then e-mailed to say they had despatched a new package. after 10 days I contacted hermes, who said they were not able to deliver and to contact seller. UPS has just told me that I have to pay import tax on an item I have payed for with free postage, there was no mention of haveing to pay it while I was buying it. I have read that it's the sellers responsibility to inform me and they haven't. What can I do?  ... View more

what the hell is going on with this new payment, sold a saddle on the 20th ebay said they will send money on the 21st, just rung them to say i havn't received it, they have told me to call my bank and ask for a letter from them to say i havn't got the money, as they are saying they have sent it, they havn't and it even says on there system that some buyers have had a problem receiving money, ive told them im not pissing about asking for letters from the bank when its their **bleep** up !!!! the customer has the saddle and ebay have my £220 !!!! is this a bloody joke. has this happened to anyone else ??? ...
