Orders that do not arrive

Almost a month ago I ordered 8 Aluminium Archery arrows. They didnt arrive, and I was told they were damaged in transit and returned to sender. Sender then e-mailed to say they had despatched a new package. after 10 days I contacted hermes, who said they were not able to deliver and to contact seller. Went onto e-bay site and there is no record of my order.

Who is conning who Warrior Archery and Sports?

If you purchase something through eBay and it doesn't arrive by the latest estimated delivery date you can open a case under eBay's money back guarantee, see: https://pages.ebay.co.uk/ebay-money-back-guarantee/ Make sure you do this within the 30 day time limit (in your case 30 days after the latest estimated delivery date).

I'm more worried about your statement that there is no record of your order. If you purchased it correctly, on eBay and paid through eBay's checkout, there will be a record of this in your purchase history in "My eBay".

If it isn't there, I hope you were not talked into making some sort of off-eBay deal, which is not allowed and will invalidate eBay's own purchase protection.
