How do you get in touch with anyone in customer support who has any signs of intelligence? Complete muppets. I simply cant change my email address as the ebay system is flaggin up Im a motors dealer so I have to contact ebay motors, but Ive not been a motors dealer for 4 years, Ive contacted ebay motors who say thier system is showing no association with my account. Contacted customer services 5 times between now and a week ago and theyre completely dumb. "have you tried a different browser" well no, its nothing to do with the browser, your system is telling me I can tchange the email address because Im flagged up as a motors dealer, just turn the switch off on your system thats flagging this up. How hard can it be. Is there any way of escalating this as all Ive had to suffer is listening to complete idiots. One guy after an hour on the phone said hed send me a link to resolve the problem, he send me a link to the accounts page where you change the email address?? Buyer bought a set of dolls from me but on arrival some accessories were found to have come away from the backing cardboard so a partial refund was agreed. eBay then messages me a few days later to say the buyer was suspicious and had cancelled her bid and not to send the item but obviously this was too late. A month later I get a return request even though shes now 'no longer a registered user' which I found odd in itself but accepted the return and the item was shown as being disptached a couple days later. Now all of a sudden I get messages from eBay that the return has been closed (so unable to track my return) as the buyer had filed a chargeback with her payment provider! Problem is the chargeback is for the full purchase price so eBay has said its witholding £135 and not the £100 thats left after the partial refund! How do I proceed with this as I dont want to be paying back the full amount especially as I havent even got the dolls back and I only have 5 days to respond!! ... View more

I am an established seller, but my payments have been placed on hold, ive added all the tracking info for each delivery, but i am being tild that this cant be seen by people on the live chat! this is soooo frustrating!! Hi, i don't have a business to register, for now i just want to sell bits and bobs but i can't find the payment option to link my bank account. Also, i have registered my debit card but it keeps saying your account hasn't been created. Could someone please tell me what where to go and what option to pick as opposed to providing lots of links but it doesn't tell me how i can link my bank account as an individual seller and not as a business seller. Why is the price displayed in my watch lists sometimes higher than it is on the actual listing pages? The price on the listing for this item is £9.95 but the price displayed on my watch list is £11.94?   ... View more
