Unable to link bank account

Hi, i don't have a business to register, for now i just want to sell bits and bobs but i can't find the payment option to link my bank account. Also, i have registered my debit card but it keeps saying your account hasn't been created. Could someone please tell me what where to go and what option to pick as opposed to providing lots of links but it doesn't tell me how i can link my bank account as an individual seller and not as a business seller. Thanks!!
