payments on hold

I am an established seller, but my payments have been placed on hold, ive added all the tracking info for each delivery, but i am being tild that this cant be seen by people on the live chat!

this is soooo frustrating!!

Anyone have any idea how to help with this?? ive been on 3 chat sessions so far this evening but havent got any further forward.

You are on eBay's Managed Payments,  so money is now not available straight after the buyer has paid you.

eBay then first take their fees from money received from a sale, and send the remainder to your nominated bank account. This takes 1 - 2 business working days.

Your bank then takes 1 - 4 business working days to process those funds, before they become available for you to withdraw.

Weekends will prolong the process a little as they are non working business days.
