How do you get in touch with anyone in customer support who has any signs of intelligence? Complete muppets. I simply cant change my email address as the ebay system is flaggin up Im a motors dealer so I have to contact ebay motors, but Ive not been a motors dealer for 4 years, Ive contacted ebay motors who say thier system is showing no association with my account. Contacted customer services 5 times between now and a week ago and theyre completely dumb. "have you tried a different browser" well no, its nothing to do with the browser, your system is telling me I can tchange the email address because Im flagged up as a motors dealer, just turn the switch off on your system thats flagging this up. How hard can it be. Is there any way of escalating this as all Ive had to suffer is listening to complete idiots. One guy after an hour on the phone said hed send me a link to resolve the problem, he send me a link to the accounts page where you change the email address?? I mean, do these people really get paid for providing this sort of service
