Help! Best offers query

Hi - I've had a best offer accepted but realised I've already got the game! It's an old game from 20 years, so slipped my mind. 

ive reached out to the seller and they have proceeded with this. I also requested a cancellation and again refused. Is there anything I can do?

You retracted 6 bids in last 12 months, so why are you bidding if you don't want to buy.

Seller does not have to agree to cancel & can open unpaid case against you.

Not unless they are a Business Seller where they have to Accept Returns for any Reason within 30 days.
