I changed my mind within 30 days, which I can do under the Consumer Protection Act. I did it by phone and the agent asked me for a more specific reason, which I said was because the specifications which weren't supplied by ebay I had learnt by ringing the seller and they were not suitable. I made it clear that despite this I still had the right to return the goods, no questions asked because of the Act. But today they have refused because they say the product was delivered to the right address. I can't log in to the case details to investigate further because there's a tech problem their end. What a joke ebay are.   I purchase something 8 days ago the money leaves PayPal and i assume all is well and goods will arrive soon.   Today i look and it still says payment pending, so after a 1.5 hours call with three different agents and someone who claimed to be a senior manager!! They tell me i have to open a case and will get a refund after 3 days AFTER i escalate the case.   She was adamant that the money was with PayPal and after much argument and me telling her how to do her job she agreed she was lying and the money is actually with their payment processing people Adyen NV.   So i ask this totally useless and incompetent "senior manager" that if the seller has not had my money, as apparently there is some issue with his managed payments processing" how can i expect him to refund me something he has not had. The answer is like most things from ebay basically mmm and rrrr   So they ebay take a customer’s money hold on to it for days, during which time they earn interest on it, then never bother telling the buyer that the payment is pending due to a problem with EBAY not the buyer.    Then tell the buyer to open a dispute for an item he has not received as they the middlemen at ebay have not sent the payment to the seller.    I explained to the incompetent useless "senior" manager that i have no control over the process after the money leaves my account. Once again all i got was nonsense and mum and err.   We were told that if you don’t opt for managed payments then the ability to sell will be withdrawn obviously one rule for one and one for another! Hi can someone give me some advice in the past 6 days ive had to re list a van twice  that i am selling as the person who won the van 6 days ago never made contact the he only won the van again yesterday thats twice he has won the van second time blaming his kids on it so it has cost me £14 each time to relist i have just tried to relist the van for the third time and it is pending saying the buyer has 10 days to confirm the cancelation its a joke does anyone have any way i can contact ebay because the phone number i have does non conect me to anyone thanks ... Now money is going direct to my bank in dribs and drabs with no reference to what it refers to , I am struggling to understand if I am actualy getting the correct payouts as bnothing links up. Not only that , I was supposedly  refunded by a seller as theynever sent my article and despite eBay saying it has been refunded , there is NO CHECK anywhere on the site to show this. On the old Paypal , you could see exactly  what was happpened . There is no direct contact with eBay any more , the Contact Us site sends you in loops and loops of articles about there methods but nothing answers my question.
