Hi can someone give me some advice in the past 6 days ive had to re list a van twice  that i am selling as the person who won the van 6 days ago never made contact the he only won the van again yesterday thats twice he has won the van second time blaming his kids on it so it has cost me £14 each time to relist i have just tried to relist the van for the third time and it is pending saying the buyer has 10 days to confirm the cancelation its a joke does anyone have any way i can contact ebay because the phone number i have does non conect me to anyone thanks

What a shame you started it seems the wrong cancellation request,  one citing Buyer requests to cancel?  This involves the buyer agreeing to the cancellation otherwise it is a 10 day wait for you to close that case to retrieve your selling fees.  No harm messaging this member aslking them to accept this cancellation so you can proceed with relisting.

For all non paymens you now can Cancel This Order after 4 days of non payment,  seller fees refunded,  relisting then possible.

Always block those members who have messed you about so they do not return and ruin any more sales,  block this member now.
