You cannot call eBay Customer Services, most of their staff work in the Philippines, and are working at home, because of Covid, the main line of communication is via a Live Chat, and sometimes there is a call back system in place.
Once the world returns to normality, I'm sure eBay will not make calling their staff such an issue.
