Hi, I wondered if you please help. I'm trying to get a return address from an item i have received and for some reason they are not being very helpful. My concern is that the return has to be done by the 12th of July. Could you please let me know what I can do. Thank you!
Open ebay case, depending on reason for return, decides who pays return postage,
if not as described, seller provides label, if your change of mind & seller allows returns, you pay & can buy label on ebay with seller's address supplied
