HI I NEED HELP! I opened a case with ebay about faulty item! They sent me link (add tracking number) print label! The print label didn't work so I went to the post office today sent package back recorded delivery, come home clicked on add tracking  number to add my tracking number, the page is saying no longer there! Hi,   My buyer didn't receive their item, so I would like to give them a full refund.   When I try to refund, either on the app or desktop site, it throws an error. I think this was error 40003 on the app.    I suspect this may be because the purchase was 4 weeks ago and I don't have any funds in eBay Payment to take the refund out of.   I do have a bank account and a credit card registered on my account so it should take the funds for the refund from there, but it just says there's an error and the refund couldn't go through.   Any ideas?   Incidentally the eBay support chat system is useless. I started 3 chats, and each time was logged out after a few minutes. Twice someone sent me a link to try to do the refund, and by the time I had tried the link and found that didn't work I had been kicked off the chat and couldn't tell them and had to start over with another chat...   Thanks,   Gary ... Hello,   I've a problem regarding a potential purchase which I tried  complete several times. Each time I've selected Paypal and used either of the cards which are associated with the Paypal Account. Within a few seconds of completing the transaction I receive an email stating: Sorry, your recent payment for the item(s) below did not go through. Please return to eBay to send your payment again. I re-attempted this several times with the same result.   I have purchased from this seller previously, and that transaction completed successfully.   Have contacted the seller to make them aware of the problem I have experienced, but they did not respond.   At this point I chose to purchase a similar item from a different seller. That transaction went through OK, and I received the item. Unfortunately the quality of the item is not quite as good as the item I tried unsuccessfully to purchase several times.   I have made other purchases on eBay using Paypal since my  attempts approx 4-5 days ago. These purchases have gone through OK, and I have received the items.   Today I received an email from eBay advising that the seller had re-listed the item I was trying to purchase, so I chose to attempt purchasing again.   I received the same email as previous, i.e. Sorry, your recent payment for the item(s) below did not go through. Hi, I sold a blouse 25/06/21 2nd Class. No tracking details. Informed buyer it has been dispatched. Buyer replied thanks. Positive feedback received saying Lovely Top with smiling emoji. One month later payment withheld as buyer does not recognise transaction. Took screen shots of all messaging and feedback and messaged buyer with photographs. No reply yet.   Ebay advised to refund as it is from outside/ bank and that I cannot win without tracking details and I would incur a charge of £20.00. Went to the dispute page, no chance to show photos all they want is proof of delivery. Ebay agree I have proof the item was received  due to positive feedback left and replies to messages. Ebay said to refund and then after case closed to appeal, from the evidence I would get my money back from them. The agent was very nice and said to give 24 hours for a reply. I am still thinking it must be a mistake/oversight on the buyers part. It is not much money, so not worth the energy to claim transaction as not recognised fraudulently when I have the proof. Even if someone used the buyers card to buy the item, surely the messages went to the buyer and where did the feedback come from? Now the buyer has photos of the transaction, messages and feedback so if they did not make the transaction then they can at least see the transaction was made and hopefully respond one way or another.    It is not about the money it is the principal of the matter. I have evidence to show to the outside party claim but no place to show it and no idea who/ which bank stopped the payment.
