Returned a faulty item

HI I NEED HELP! I opened a case with ebay about faulty item! They sent me link (add tracking number) print label! The print label didn't work so I went to the post office today sent package back recorded delivery, come home clicked on add tracking  number to add my tracking number, the page is saying no longer there! And I've sent parcel, I can't get hold of ebay or anything PLEASE HELP THANKS GARY

You will need to contact eBay to get them to add your tracking in place of theirs.  I have no idea why the page has disappeared.  

Go to help and contact [top of most pages] and search for something relevant.  You should get the options "Live chat" or "have us call you".  I would be tempted to use live chat as although it is very slow it is all written down and you can see that the agent has understood what you are saying.  If not log off and go back later. 

You will not get back the signed for charge you paid
