I'm looking to leave feedback for a furniture set that I had to return as the seller made an error and sent me a different colour set than the one I ordered. The payment returns required ebay to step in as the seller kept saying the refund was on the way but ebay said they couldnt see any movement of funds. Today I got a notification from ebay that 'activity on your account isnt following policy: abusive buyer policy'which could only be that one seller falsely reporting me.  I hadn't planned on leaving any feedback but I'm annoyed they tried to blame it on me when they hadnt fulfilled my order. Now I cant seem to leave any feedback from any of the regular means- is my window closed?/ returns means no feedback capability? ... View more

Hi,  I live in the UK and purchased 2 items from the same person that were shipped separately and given 2 different tracking numbers. 1 package is in the uk with the local courier, yet the other has not arrived at the Global shipping centre yet according to the tracking details, all it says is tracking details uploaded. Hi all.   I've just sold an item but realised it has been damaged. I've since refunded the buyer straight away to avoid disappointment and hassle, but the amount on the refund confirmation is different? I'm worried the buyer hasn't had a full refund. I sold the item for £90, and charged them £9.45 postage. The refund page states I've refunded the buyer £86.72??
