I'm looking to leave feedback for a furniture set that I had to return as the seller made an error and sent me a different colour set than the one I ordered. The payment returns required ebay to step in as the seller kept saying the refund was on the way but ebay said they couldnt see any movement of funds.
Today I got a notification from ebay that 'activity on your account isnt following policy: abusive buyer policy'which could only be that one seller falsely reporting me.
I hadn't planned on leaving any feedback but I'm annoyed they tried to blame it on me when they hadnt fulfilled my order. Now I cant seem to leave any feedback from any of the regular means- is my window closed?/ returns means no feedback capability?
