Item listed as collected, but I've not collected it. 2nd time now.

Hi everyone.
This is the second time i've had an item sent to Spa in Kidderminster. I've received the codes etc, yet i've gone to collect and it's not there. Online Ebay is registering as 'Collected'. Any help anyone??

SECOND TIME!!  Seller has done as you requested and delivered where you asked. You have no claim against the seller. What happened the first time, I would never use them again after the first one.

Were you on time, store is only supposed to hold for 7 days then can dispose of as they think fit. In theory should be returned to seller, but rarely seems to happen as I can't see the store paying for return postage.

C & C should be avoided, far simpler to have delivered to a Friend or Neighbour, all you have to do is amend the delivery address before paying.

Hi, thanks for replying. Yes i was on time, so that wasn't the issue, also it wasn't the same supplier for both products. I have used this supplier before and i have every faith in them.  I have been using C&C as i live in the countryside and lots of drivers can't find/can't be bothered to find the address. But from now on i'll find another method as there is clearly something not working. I've bought way more packages with Amazon and never had a problem. What is annoying is that ebays system is saying both products have been collected and from there i can find no way of contacting them directly.
