Hello, Recently in last 10 days i was blocked by eBay system 3 times as i was trying to pay for item i won . After every attempt i had information that there is a problem with my payment method,try something else. To resolve the blockage i had to contact every time customer service  and verify my account by giving my all pesonal details. Also my every attempt to pay put my card balance in minus. So for example : i wanted to pay for Sony camera ,250 GBP,i tried first time(credit card)-problem,i chose Paypal(the same card) second time,problem.I checked my card balance -500GBP eBay as pending transaction. That takes 3 days to be cleared and reversed. Now,customer service is not really sure why this is happening. Maybe someone here had similar experience and could help me out? When I click the final button to list, it takes me to a page that says:   " We looked everywhere. Looks like this page is missing. If you still need help, visit our help pages. " I've tried using other browsers, using other computers, deleting browser cache and history, making a new listing from scratch and try to list it. nothing works and when I contact ebay about it they say that I need to  wait 24-72/24-48 hours because the technical team are gonna solve it.   If anyone had this issue and somehow knows a solution to it, I'd be very happy to know. ... Hi All,    Hoping someone can help. Am being forced to set up Managed Payments to carry on selling on eBay. We are a business it will be a business bank account in the company name (no personal name on the bank account) but because we are not registered on companies house nor charity they will not let me proceed with registration. All I get from them is without a company number you cannot register. Has anyone found a way round this/got some helpful information?  We aren't a partnership, we're not a sole trader or individual, we're not publically listed so I really don't know what to do other than close eBay which I'd rather not as we earn a few pennies on old equipment.  Thanks, ... Hi, i sold quite a large item ( non electrical ) for a friend who does not have ebay and stated collection only to which the buyer did come and collect. upon the buyer collecting they stated that the item wouldn't actually fit the item it was intended for but they wanted it anyway as they bid on several other but lost out- they also travelled  far to collect the item. ( I also have this in an email from them via ebay ) They checked the item over and paid cash and went on their way. They messaged me to say the my measurements i had given were incorrect and that the item was a lot shorter than advertised. I advised that my friend had measured the item and i had measured too and it was the measurements i had given. I also said i compared it with the item i had which is the same and it swamped mine and if it was the measurement they were claiming it to be then it would have fitted the one i have. They sent photos but you can tell the tape measure is in the air and not to the edge of the product and the item is still slightly folded in the middle thus not giving a good guide. They also sent a photo of the item in situ and you can tell that is it much too small for its purpose! They asked for a refund which i was happy to do but then they wanted me to go and collect it ( I dont have the transport for a large item and  its very far away ) or they would return it and they would want me to pay the travel costs in doing so! I said I would not pay the travel costs as it was their choice to bid on something so far away! As they have used the item now  ( I have the photo of it insitu ) I'm guessing that I don't even have to offer a refund! where do i stand on this? ... View more
