No Number to call it's a LIve Chat or sometimes a Call Back is in place.

You have to use Help and Contact top left and Scroll down to Contact Us. Ebay will Call you back. If it is the Seller whom has realms of Negative Feedback. Just use the Ebay Money Back Guarantee and open a Case for Item Not As Described in the Resolution Centre. Escalate the Case for EBay to Step in after 4 days. They will Force the Refund.
