Whe I enter feedback for buyers on some oof my rders I get a message in red saying
"We ran into a problem saving your feedback. Please close the page and try again.We ran into a problem saving your feedback. Please close the page and try again".
I have tried a number of times and am still unable to leave feedback for these buyers.
The listings where this occurs are the ones with multiple product variations, where the customer has purchased two or more different variations.
Can anyone help please as I am building up a backlog of customers I haven't left feedback for and I know how important this. Thank you in advance.
