Hi,for several days I have been arguing it out with a seller about an MP3 player it is broke and does not workat all I mean it does not even come on,I contacted the seller straight away and explained this to them,I then started getting messages,had I got a card for it yes,then I was asked could I fix it,no I could get the blame,then another message could I send a small video I did,then another message could I send pictures of it I did,another message didn't get the video I know he did I sent to a friend and myself we got it,then another message if no pictures or video no refund, I keep asking all I want is a full refund. Then another message they got the pictures they were ok with them,then they said if I change my feedback they would look into it or send me a pair of earring instead,there spelling not mine. Then another message can I purchase more memory cards for it as they asked the tech team and they think the memory could be broke. Every message I received from them I was sending back that all I want is a full refund,they keep asking for more and more for me to try and send more pictures,I said no I have asked eBay to step in which they are tomorrow 14/7/21. They have sent me more messages saying they cannot pay return postage. I can't wait to see the outcome of this as this has been going on almost a week. About the feedback they asked me to change was a bit confusing as I had left them good feedback as I thought it was ok, unfortunately I only found out it didn't work until I put the card in and turned it on,at that time I told them it was flashing and flickering and sticking on a setting. This is just awfull what I have been put through nobody else on eBay has ever put me through that,to be honest in all the time I have been a member with eBay I have only had to send the odd few items back and with no problem,these sellers are the worse. Oh well I await for tomorrow to see what eBay are going to do. Sorry this has been a bit of a big write. Thank you. Sukysue39.
