Hello
I recently sold a pair of Nike trainers for £150. They were sent to the buyer, via eBay's third-party authenticator experts, and arrived safely. The buyer then described the trainers as "counterfeit, not genuine" (which they are not!) and returned them, back through eBay's authenticators, to me.
The trainers arrived to me today, but I can't refund the buyer — much to their frustration! — as there is now an open case, despite me receiving the trainers. Is there a way I can speed up the process and/or close the open case with eBay? I'm concerned that this well negatively affect my feedback, I want to re-list the trainers and the buyer, understandably, is getting increasingly impatient. I can't figure out how to contact eBay, the resolution centre and seller help seems to go round in circles!
Any help very much appreciated.
What is the point of sending them to be authenticated & now buyer saying they are fake.
Unless someone understands this sytem better than me, you need to contact ebay CS.
