I want to cancel the PayPal billing agreement for paying for ebay shipping labels when i sell items.  I currently cannot ship any of my orders because I need to get my new PayPal account updated on my ebay.  how can i cancel this old PayPal agreement with this account and add on my newer PayPal account?  ... Dear Ebay community, hope you are all well,   I've sold an item and I received a notification the buyer has "paid" and as I created the label with the Ebay prepaid royal mail service, I did not notice the weight setting, and when I went to post it I was told they couldn't take it was the wrong weight. I've accessed my dashboard but I cannot see my label anywhere. I have searched in all options and it just doesn't appear. I want to refund this label and pay for another one. Is there something I am missing? (Picture attached)   It seems like I'll have to refund, but it is asking me for my card details to pay this person, yet I have not received their payment yet (It is on hold), and out of fear I would not like to pay for this out of pocket. I posted 2 parcels the same day and inadvertantly put the incorrect labels on each parcel. Both buyers contacted me to say they had received the wrong item. After obviously apologising profusely they both agreed they would post the incorrect item to it's rightful recipient. I paid for and provided labels for them to do this. Buyer 1  posted the parcel as agreed and the correct item was delivered to Buyer 2. However Buyer 2 has not posted the parcel meant for Buyer 1 and despite me leaving numerous messages has completely ignored me for the last week since I provided her with a label. This is extremely frustrating and quite frankly dishonest in my view. Will ebay take this up as a 'report a buyer' incident? I have no option now but to refund Buyer 1 putting me massively out of pocket. Who knew a simple error on my part would turn into such a horror story. Any comments please?  ... View more

sent item on 15th June. Buyer now claims not received. Looked at emay item number and there is tracking details which has been updated by ebay. Tracking says its still out for delivery.   A case has been opened but i feel this is now not my problem as I have managed to get the item to Ebays hub successfully ... View more

I haven't come across this before.  An item I was selling sold to a buyer who over the course of the auction bid 4 times - 2 of these bids on the day of the auction up to 1 hour before it ended.  Almost as soon as the auction closed eBay notified me of a request to cancel which I declined.  Having looked on eBay "Help" for what happens next, it appears that the seller may choose to pay and I would have to ship the item only for them to start a return.  Can this actually be the case or have I completely misunderstood?  I cannot believe that eBay would give more protection to a time waster than to an honest seller. ...
