Trying to reprocess a label already printed

Dear Ebay community, hope you are all well,

I've sold an item and I received a notification the buyer has "paid" and as I created the label with the Ebay prepaid royal mail service, I did not notice the weight setting, and when I went to post it I was told they couldn't take it was the wrong weight.

I've accessed my dashboard but I cannot see my label anywhere. I have searched in all options and it just doesn't appear. I want to refund this label and pay for another one. Is there something I am missing? (Picture attached)

It seems like I'll have to refund, but it is asking me for my card details to pay this person, yet I have not received their payment yet (It is on hold), and out of fear I would not like to pay for this out of pocket. Specially as it seems that I am already losing money on that label I won't use.

I would appreciate your help.

Go to My eBay > Selling,  click on Postage Labels in the lefthand column, and you should see the label.   Then select Refund from the Actions column on the right.

Hi there, Thank you so much for your response :). It does not appear in this option. I have put an image in the Opening Post so you can see that I cannot see it.
