Hi, I received an item recently that was drop shipped, ordered from B&Q direct to my address. I therefore opened a return upon noticing B&Q was £19 cheaper, and shipped an identical item from B&Q to the return address. The seller is ironically refusing to accept this identical item and offer me a refund, meaning I have paid them for nothing. Does anyone know where I stand? They are claiming because the 'barcode is different' they won't accept it but I know for a fact it's identical as mine arrived with the B&Q delivery note (and they'll have never seen the barcode as they never saw the item!)
