Hi all. We sold a footstool (only £5 and local collection the o ly option) but the person who won it hasn't contacted me to arrange picking it up, and I've messaged them 3 times now without reply. I move house on Wednesday from Surrey to the Midlands, what do I do?

Contact them once more and ask them if they wish to cancel and have their money back.

If they do then you can cancel buyer requested to cancel.

If you cancel without their agreement then you could be left with the fees and a defect and bad feedback
