return label

hello!

I have accepted a return request and the buyer wants a return label. Ive read the instructions which arent clear to me, i have no preferred carrier, i just normally use the post office. which is the best way to do this please?

If it is a returns request then the buyer pays the return postage and they can send it any way they wish but must make sure it is tracked or the 16 digit code from a PO receipt. They can just take it too the PO

If it was a not as described dispute then you send the label and there will be options of postage when they do

The Royal Mail is perfectly ok if that is how you want it returned
