Hi, I brought 4 items from the popular superdry store on eBay, I recieved them and they're terrible quality which made me think they're fake..i set up a request for a refund and I'm seeing on the bad reviews that people have struggled to get any refund in a decent amount of time and I'd like to add that one of the products had a note left in the pocket saying please photo shop the zip out..that's because only one side had a zip to zip the jacket up and the other part was missing too, is there a way I can speed it up so I don't have to wait for ebays help as judging by the comments I won't be contacted during the the waiting period they're given to resolve this
